At Cotswold Wellness Clinic, our Pre-Surgery Wellness Support service is designed to help clients feel calmer, more informed, emotionally reassured, and gently prepared ahead of their procedure — all while remaining supportive of the guidance provided by your medical team. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy At Cotswold Wellness Clinic, we understand that recovery, health, and personal circumstances can sometimes change unexpectedly. We aim to provide a calm, compassionate, and professional service for every client, while also protecting appointment time and travel arrangements. Booking Policy Appointments are confirmed once booking arrangements have been agreed. Home wellness visits are offered across Chipping Campden and surrounding Cotswold villages. A brief consultation or enquiry may be required prior to confirming appointments to ensure services are suitable for your needs. Cancellation Policy We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes wherever possible. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee. Missed appointments without notice may be charged in full. Home Visit Safety Cotswold Wellness Clinic reserves the right to refuse or discontinue visits where there are concerns regarding safety, aggression, inappropriate behaviour, intoxication, or circumstances outside the clinician’s professional scope. Medical Emergencies Cotswold Wellness Clinic provides non-emergency wellness support only and does not replace medical care, hospital treatment, or emergency services. If you experience a medical emergency or sudden deterioration in your condition, please contact your GP, NHS 111, or emergency services immediately.
